Battle Mountain Humane Society, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation, is a No-Kill safe haven specializing in the rescue & adoption of dogs and cats.  To date 250 animals, most of them dogs, have been adopted into the community.  Please call Tonia Wagoner (Canine Manager) at 605-890-2385 to make an appointment to view a dog or call Lora Michael (Feline Manager) at 605-745-3999 to make an appointment to view a cat.  To donate please make your check payable to Battle Mountain Humane Society and mail to c/o Tonia Wagoner, 27254 Wind Cave Road, Hot Springs, SD 57747.

Battle Mountain Humane Society is not affiliated with the Humane Society of the United States or any other humane organization.  We are not supported by City, State or National funds.  All of our revenue comes from donations, bequest, memorials, adoption fees and fundraising events.
